Overview
This innovative one day conference includes a review of evidence based nutrition essentials, counseling strategies, and hands-on cooking that will help you guide your patients-and yourself-to better health.

Objectives
  1. Identify the magnitude of health benefits possible from dietary interventions
  2. Demonstrate how to respond to common nutrition questions from patients
  3. Demonstrate simple food selection and cooking tips to be shared with patients to promote healthy eating
  4. Identify the importance for a team approach for successful dietary interventions with patients, including collaboration between doctors, nurses, dietitians, nutritionists, and chefs.
