Overview
The annual ACE Society Meeting is a multidisciplinary educational activity focused on advancing knowledge and clinical application of active cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) exchange. Through expert-led presentations, interactive discussions, and abstract sessions, participants will explore emerging technologies, evidence, and best practices for managing neurological conditions such as hemorrhage, vasospasm, and CNS infections. This activity is designed to enhance clinician knowledge in incorporating CSF exchange strategies into patient care.

Objectives
  1. Describe the role of CSF exchange in diseases such as intraventricular or subarachnoid hemorrhage.
  2. Evaluate the use of irrigating catheters for patients with subdural or intracerebral hemorrhage.
  3. Explain the mechanisms and clinical applications of active intrathecal drug delivery for treating cerebral vasospasm or ventriculitis.
  4. Summarize CSF physiology, replacement strategies, and its role in conditions such as glaucoma, hydrocephalus, and central tachypnea.
