Inclusive Leadership Workshop - 2/20/23

This workshop is offered to aid in the development of inclusive leadership skills.

1. Expand the definition of diversity and recognize how inclusion plays a critical role in managing diverse teams.
2. Display what it means to have an inclusive mindset and identify the mindset you are in when approaching differences.
3. Identify behaviors that reflect the inclusive mindset at various points in the employee lifecycle.

The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
