Overview
Scholars of Wellness (SOW) is a professional development program with the objective to create a critical mass of wellness experts to drive meaningful change at NMH. The program will equip physicians with the knowledge and tools to lead a wellness project/initiative that positively impacts wellbeing within their team.

Objectives
  1. apply knowledge about physician wellness, process improvement, and project tools to successfully implement a wellness initiative
