Overview
Please join Northwestern experts for an interactive discussion on the delivery of treatment for spinal disease, where current data in regards to the efficacy, and outcomes from surgical treatment of spinal disease will be provided. 
Objectives
  1. Review the changing demographic of the U.S. population and the projected incidence and prevalence of spinal disease in the future.
  2. Quantify the value of diverse surgical interventions for spinal disease.
  3. Demonstrate the value of minimally invasive surgical treatment for spondylosis.
  4. Explain the value of surgical treatment of spinal column fractures.
  5. Describe biologic adjuncts to surgical treatment.
  6. Quantify the medical management of spinal disease.
  7. Demonstrate the value of surgical treatment of spinal deformity.
  8. Describe technologic advances that impact surgical treatment.
  9. Quantify cost saving measure in the operating room.
  10. Review measures that may assist in maintaining spinal column health.

Registration

The fee is $70 for physicians and $35 for trainees, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Breakfast, refreshments and lunch are provided. Space is limited.
