The GI Cancers Symposium is a comprehensive, one-day educational activity designed for oncology professionals involved in the care of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies. The program features expert-led presentations and multidisciplinary case discussions spanning hepatobiliary, gastroesophageal, colorectal, pancreatic, and neuroendocrine cancers. Key topics include: - State-of-the-art management of hepatocellular carcinoma and biliary tract cancers - Advances in first-line and subsequent therapies for gastroesophageal cancers - Evolving strategies in colorectal cancer, including total neoadjuvant therapy and management of metastatic disease - Emerging treatments and sequencing approaches in pancreatic cancer - Novel therapies and surgical considerations in neuroendocrine tumors The symposium emphasizes the integration of systemic, surgical, and locoregional therapies, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary collaboration and real-world application through case-based discussions. Participants will gain practical insights to support evidence-based, patient-centered care and improve clinical outcomes in GI oncology.
