Chicago Live 2026: Endoscopy Across the Windy City is designed to advance clinicians’ skills in modern endoscopic practice by showcasing the latest innovations in minimally invasive techniques, AI enhanced care, and therapeutic endosurgery. Through expert discussions and real time live cases from leading Chicago academic centers, participants will strengthen their ability to apply emerging technologies, improve procedural quality, and optimize outcomes in everyday GI care.

1. Identify best practices in colonoscopy quality, polypectomy techniques, and endoscopic mucosal resection
2. Describe novel innovations in the screening and surveillance of Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal cancer
3. Review and summarize the current state-of-the-art approaches to managing pancreaticobiliary disease
4. Demonstrate evidence-based endoscopic techniques used in advanced tissue resection and the treatment of pancreaticobiliary conditions
5. Explain the principles and current applications of endoscopic therapies for obesity and metabolic disorders
6. Describe and assess innovative techniques and technologies used in third space endoscopy
7. Evaluate the current and emerging roles of artificial intelligence in gastroenterology practice

*The main course on Friday, August 21, is open to all physicians, APPs, fellows, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
