Overview
This educational initiative was created to provide a dynamic forum for presenting, debating, and evaluating cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies in breast cancer treatment. It brings together leading national and international experts in medicine, surgery, pathology, and radiation oncology, fostering collaboration among global leaders to advance the management of breast cancer.

Objectives
  1. Apply evidence-based strategies to reduce breast cancer risk and manage survivorship complications, including lifestyle modification, menopausal symptoms, lymphedema, dermatologic toxicity, and genetic testing.
  2. Interpret key breast pathology findings to support accurate diagnosis, risk stratification, and treatment planning.
  3. Incorporate contemporary imaging technologies, including artificial intelligence, into breast cancer detection and surveillance.
  4. Apply risk assessment tools and risk-based screening strategies to individualize breast cancer management.
  5. Select evidence-based adjuvant systemic therapies across breast cancer subtypes, including endocrine therapy, HER2-directed therapy, and treatment of TNBC.
  6. Evaluate local therapy and de-escalation strategies in breast cancer care, including radiotherapy decisions and management of patients with significant co-morbidities.
  7. Develop multidisciplinary treatment strategies for advanced and recurrent breast cancer, including locoregional recurrence and metastatic disease.
  8. Analyze emerging evidence and ongoing controversies to inform clinical decision-making, including DCIS, brain metastases, molecular progression, and antibody–drug conjugates.
  9. Determine optimal axillary management strategies based on contemporary surgical and radiotherapeutic evidence.
